ooooh, very nice. why does this song remind me of strawberry jam or orange marmalade and bare feet?

Bare feet, most definitely. A wood porch, a kettle of moonshine, back woods and smiling faces.

This sounds like hard fought happiness found in simple pleasures for complicated people.
