The gather: I use a yahoo widget called itunes companion that searches for album art of songs I play in itunes. It also drags in album names, years, lyrics and other key id3 tag fun.
The display: just the standard itunes 7 mosiac display (via the print function). I save as a pdf and then edit in photoshop elements.
