afterSXSW - the a-ha! notes

Jason, that was great! I'm an old fart but even I got it! Thanks for such a great insightful wrap-up. Makes me wish I'd taken some different steps back in the day. Being a closet nerd is fun but from you I hear joy - and that's better!
Good information, Mr. Toney. Despite your claim I don't think I'll be at SxSW next year either. Still, it's good to know my peeps are representing.
Great wrap-up, J. I had a dream that I was at SXSW. But when I really think about it, I don't think it's my "scene". More on that later...
[this is good]
What I dig about this post, is from the Disney perspective you are absolutely considering how the company can do forreal outreach, using online as a value rich resource.

I wonder how Disney will tackle things like media literacy using its entertainment infrastructure. It is conceivable they can be very effective in how they lay down clue in that arena.

Also, the divergent thoughts of all of us in the Black tech blogger panel was fascinating to see. The "mmhmm" church effect was less prevalent during this time together and it was clear that there were different schools of thought on the issues we discussed. Surprising (and refreshing).

See you next year, bruh.
