I'm going on a Carbon Diet

[this is good]
Dude, I'm on my first week of "smashing"...I'm surprised to see another brother on that journey. How was your first week? Holla back.
My first week was actually really easy. I Detoxed for about 12 days total before adding meat to my diet. I still don't eat very much meat about 6 weeks in. I've converted to mostly soy protein (morningstar farms breakfast sausage patties are a godsend) and get way more vegetables in my diet than I had before.

The Popeye's cheat was tasty but so not worth it. I felt gross and sick for the rest of the day. I ate it at 3pm and didn't eat for the rest of the day.
Very good soy protien things: Morningstar Farms chicken nuggets and hot wings, Gardenburger Riblets (the riblets and chicken nuggets basically make up my football watching meal), Morningstar Farms veggie crumbles in a wide variety of dishes. I can send recipes if you want.
I haven't tried the riblets yet but I love the morningstar farms buffalo wings. Trader Joe's has an excellent chickenless nugget that is also quite good and there's a "ground beef" style soy product whose manufacturer escapes me that I've been using in mexican dishes to much delight.
