Sharing a parallel existence to the blossoming acid house scene, Dingwalls showcased jazz and soul, new and old, live and recorded; hosted by music fanatics/DJs Peterson and Patrick Forge. Together they steered their ground-breaking night into uncharted waters, discovering far out tunes and untapped genres which were new to all. From the offset in 1986 to the close of play in 1991, with the infamous projection of the Sly Stone 7" single (Forge threw the last ever record to be played into the crowd), Dingwalls brought together a glorious spectrum of characters with an effervescent selection of music and plenty of spectacular dance movements.
